Rolling Admission?
Rolling Admission offers a wide application window from November to May for applicants who have completed or are about to complete their Bachelor’s Degree outside of Finland and wish to continue their studies in our Master’s Programmes.
To maximise your admission result, go carefully through the requirements for the programme you plan to apply to.
When to apply?
1 November 2022 – 15 May 2023 at 15:00 (UTC+3).
24 Master’s Programmes in Business and Technology are available through Regular Admission.
The ones not available through Rolling Admission are
- Biorefineries
- Circular Economy
- Erasmus Joint Master Degree programme Sustainable Bioproducts and Bioprocess Engineering

In Rolling Admission, if submitting a complete application within the time frame given, meeting with the eligibility requirements and get a minimum of 50% for the maximum points for the interview*, you will automatically get admitted as long as there are seats still available for the programme you are applying to.
I meant that there is no competition against other applicants.
You can apply to only one programme, either in Technology or Business.
*Interviews are done only within the programmes in Technology, except for in Electrical Engineering. There are no interviews included when applying to the programmes in Business Administration.
Do not submit applications through Regular and Rolling Admission simultaneously, as parallel applications will be deleted.
If you apply through Rolling Admission, you must wait for your admission result – and if you did not get admitted, you could still apply through Regular Admission if the application period is still ongoing.
Again, suppose you apply through Regular Admission and do not get admitted. In that case, you still have an option to apply through Rolling Admission by the deadline of 15 May 2023 at 15:00 (UTC+3) after the results for Regular Admission are released on 24 March 2023 – given that you meet the requirements for Rolling Admission.
